Supported by the  ASLO Global Outreach Initiative,  we launched in 2026: "La Ruta del Agua," a virtual education program that transformed our paleoclimatological research on Colombian lake sediments into an engaging experience for 20 educators from rural Andean communities. This program connected local ecosystems with global climate processes, empowering participants to understand the impacts of climate variability in Colombia.
